Why pet waste removal?
Dog waste is dangerous for pets and humans, kills grass, and leaves you with a yard you can't fully enjoy. People hire us to help keep their yards clean for a variety of reasons: Some are too busy, some just hate doing it, and some physically cannot pick it up themselves. Whatever the reason is, we're here to help provide a thorough and professional pet waste removal experience for every customer.

Why choose brindle scoopers?
We take pride in our work, we educate owners, and we maintain high standards of professional excellence through our communication, consistency, and work ethic. We understand that we are coming on to YOUR property, and we respect that. We do everything in our power to be mindful and thorough when we work for you. This means disinfecting all of our equipment between each visit to ensure we are not spreading any bacteria. Sending you a courtesy text while we are on our way so that you can secure your dog inside your home. Double checking to make sure all waste is removed before leaving. Locking the gate when we are finished, and letting you know service has been completed. When we perform sanitation or deodorizing treatments we are sure to cover all areas needed to get the job well done. We leave your property the way found, except cleaner.
Grass you can touch
Waste build up can be dangerous to humans, your dogs, the environment, and our water supply. It can contain pathogens, bacteria, and parasites, some of which are zoonotic and can transfer to humans. Left untreated, it can form dangerous mold, kill your grass, and get into our water supply after it rains. When you need to go touch grass...you shouldn't have to worry about any of this. That's where we come in.
With results you can trust and a guarantee we stand behind—you'll finally be able to enjoy your yard again without the worry of stepping into a mess. Children can safely play in their backyard. Landscapers can do their job without the added stress of dog waste. Dogs won’t run into the issue of stepping in it and tracking it around the house—or eating it—if it's picked up. It’s a win for everyone.

FAQ
We have answers!
Nope! If you have a gate code, we can keep that on file so we can enter and exit and you don't have to lift a finger. All we ask is that your dog is securely inside your home while we are on location. Even if you have the friendliest dog, it's our strict policy. After all, we're a stranger in your yard!
We prefer to securely bag, haul away, and properly + safely dispose of waste in ways that protect the environment and waterways for $5. We can also dispose in secured bag in residential garbage bins for no additional fee.
Absolutely! In fact, sanitation tremendously benefits the environment by helping with the spread of viruses, bacteria, and parasites while deodorizing smells, and neutralizing mold. Our sanitation is an EPA approved formula, and our deodorization is an enzyme treatment safe for grass, plants, shrubs, patios, decks, dog runs, swing sets, fences, brick, turf, and any surface where odors are hard to remove. While safe for humans and pets alike, we recommend waiting for it to completely dry before enjoying your yard.
We show up rain or shine! There are instances such as very extreme cold or heat, or conditions such as high winds or floods when in that case, we will have to reschedule your service day that week, preferably the day before or after the scheduled service day.
You can pause your service at any time. We're here to pick it back up when you return!
Yes we do! We offer for pet waste station management as well as waste removal, and our sanitation & deodorization to businesses, HOAs, parks, and more. Contact us for more details.
We require all your dogs to be secured inside your home while we are on location. Even if you have the friendliest dog, it's our strict policy. After all, we're a stranger in your yard! You will know what day we are arriving, and we will send you a text to make you aware we are on our way. If we see a dog in the yard, we'll give you a call and/or knock on your door. If several attempts are made and no one is reached, we will have to skip this service and the full rate will still be charged. We are happy to come back as quickly as we can once we are able to get a hold of you to reschedule an add on service. Thank you for your understanding and helping to keep our staff safe.
We do provide services all year round. Some exceptions apply; Brindle Scoopers will be closed on New Year’s Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. If your service day falls on one of these holidays the service will be moved to another day within the same week. As a family-owned and operated business, there may be times throughout the year when the business closes for several days due to vacations or family events and emergencies. Every effort will be made to adjust schedules and complete scheduled services during those time frames.
Currently, yes, you do need to have a hose on site in order for us to sanitize and deodorize the yard and patio. This is only applicable to add-on services, not pet waste removal. Once temperatures reach freezing, we pause this add-on to your routine pickups and start up again in the spring.
You may discontinue service, change subscriptions, or pause at any time. At least a 7 day notice prior to an appointment should be given for us to acknowledge and make the changes.
Brindle Scoopers schedules all clean-ups in specific areas on specific days in order to best accommodate an efficient route and maximize the number of clients we can serve. Think of it like your typical garbage service. We will let you know what day of the week we will be coming. But we go the extra mile and send you an “on the way” and “completed” text message before and after each service.
